1. Acceptance
By using this website and our services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time, and continued use means you accept the changes. The English version controls. The Service is for users 18 and older.
2. Who we are, and the care relationship
Earl Is My Cat is a brand operated by [Company Legal Name, LLC] ("we," "us"), which provides this website and non-clinical services. We do not practice medicine. Clinical care is provided by [Medical Group PLLC], a physician-owned practice through which Dr. Auston Eckert and any other licensed providers deliver teledermatology. Your provider relationship is with the practice and your provider, not with us.
3. Where the Service is available
Care is offered only in states where your provider is licensed. Some states may require a live (synchronous) phone or video visit; if so, we will arrange one. The Service is available only to users located in the United States.
4. Prescriptions
There is no guarantee that a prescription will be issued; that is solely your provider's clinical decision. Providers do not prescribe controlled or scheduled substances. You may always ask to have any prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
5. Products, subscriptions, and payments
Over-the-counter products sold here are cosmetics. Subscription items renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel before your next billing date. Fees cover the Service and, where applicable, your clinical visit and product; we are not an insurer and these are not insurance premiums. Many services and prescription treatments may be FSA/HSA eligible depending on your plan and the item.
6. Not for emergencies
The Service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
7. Telehealth risks
Telehealth has inherent limitations, including that transmitted information or images may be insufficient, technology may fail, and in rare cases security measures could fail. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept these risks. A full description appears in our Telehealth Informed Consent.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Service (except your own records and submissions) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
